only in Belfast

I was back in Belfast over the weekend staying with some friends in Bangor...nothing quite like looking out over the bay from the 1st floor on Sea Cliff Road...just about one of my favourite places in the world!  Nothing quite like a Picollo's Pizza either; if ever you go to Bangor, make sure you go, and get a Volcano...either that or Chiken Kebab on Chips..no use for a staple diet but boy is it good!!

I had to collect some film that Carla (Director of the Gabriel video and the Toilet tour films) had collected over the years and on the way I saw this sign on a shop shutter and thought to myself, 'where else in the world would someone think to word it like that?'

Looking forward to getting back next week end for the Spring and Airbrake dates...
...for those that don't know where it is, the details can be found on another website like this but different and not the same letters on the top line...

That's classic..... all that's missing are the words "last week" at the end which I think would have really made this the most perfect piece of signage ever created.

Hey Foy, I know this is a cheek but I have a wife who's mad to go and see you in S&Airbrake but as she is 81/2 months pregnant is afraid to(and can't physically) stand in the crowd is there anyway to arrange a seat. Just to pile on the emotional blackmail we seen you in New York about 18 months on the first night of our honeymoon so this would be a nice way to Bookend a really good period, regards.

None of my business...which of course has never stopped me before...but one wonders wheter it's the venue/promoter who might (or not) be able to help out with the seating request, rather than the artist?
